I am in need of alot of money (85,000.00) I have started a house which is unfinished but nice, have started a large barn which is unfinished, put a lot of money towards a small goat farm with equipment and need to complete or will lose everything. have alot invested and serious but have no help, I am a female and a hardworker, please let me know.

I am a female trying to start a organic goat farm and need help to finish. my credit is poor but I am hardworking and can pay off any help at this point with a small loan. I live in NH and have alot of equipment and labor to give its just time consuming and patience. My children help and have greenhouse as well. This is not a joke, I do not want to lose a wonderful family oriented business that helps us, the community, and the earth. I see losts of ads for desperate money, but this is my life. I enjoy my life and my family.I cannot express how hard this is and the years we have put into it. I am looking for information regarding low interest loans for low income women. I have 2.25 acres in the country with a large pole barn. I would like to remodel the 50x50 pole barn into a two story home with rooms to rent out as an artist's B&B. There is electricity and water in the barn, and I have the basic plans set. 

I started a bookkeeping business this last January. I have no background with my business as such regarding stability, though I have no doubt considering the growth just within the lasts 9 months time frame that it will be a profitable business. My wages are enough to cover my monthly/yearly debts to date with a small amount set aside. Though I do not have a large enough amount set aside for down payments of any kind.

I have been living on my property for just over ten years so have stability in that regard. I owe approx 45 thousand on this property. This is in a prime area, just 10 minutes from the coast line, yet quiet and peaceful. I have connections with local art studios that are holding weekly/monthly classes that will send guests my way.

i need help in finding housing or a grant for some kind of housing for my son and me , after losing everything we have been staying with some very nice people, now its time to get back on our feet and find our own home and get on with our lives, we still have each other. thank you for reading

We lost our 15 year old home in April of 2004 due to bad fill, flooding and poor construction.  We have since rebuilt and I am still trying to get some kind of grant money.  We did get some FEMA rent money and a low interest loan but we are going to have to sell the property because we cannot afford the new payments.  If there is anything you can advise me to do.  I have been searching for help since April of 2004.

I need funds for home improvement

Need some sort of funding and/or capital to start our business.  No problem staying in business, just need funding to get started.  It would be to start up a Flag Car business which is a poptenial multi-million dollar business.  We are hard workers and know we can make a go of it and have been in the business for several years, but working for other people.  Our credit though, is not so good, but if anyone would consider a loan, there would be no problem paying it off within 5 years or less. We need $100,000 but would settle for half that to start with.  Would just take us longer to get where we want to be.  Have tried everything to get the capital but without success, hence this ad.  If anyone can help, please email us, thanks.
